The client was looking for a secure, stylish carport solution that offered not just immediate functionality, but also the potential for extended use down the line. The core requirements included:

• Two enclosed parking bays
• Motorised roller shutter doors for easy access and security
• A tall ridge height to enable an optional upper floor in the future, for storage, a home office, or hobby space

Our Role

We were approached to provide a fully bespoke oak frame design, tailored to suit both the client’s current needs and long-term vision. Our scope includes:

• Full design of the oak frame and layout
• Supply of structural oak frame with suitable roof pitch for upper space
• Coordination to accommodate roller shutter dimensions and installation requirements
• Potential future works to fit out the upstairs space if required
