How long do the buildings take to install?

3-5 days for most projects. This may vary depending on the size and complexity. We spend most of the weeks preparing the frame in the factory, prior to installation.

Can I install the frame myself as a kit?

Absolutely. However, we always recommend hiring a carpenter if you have never installed one before, and there is still some cutting to do. We can also assist with installation if need be.

How long do Oak-frame buildings last?

Traditional green oak framing is a centuries-old building method. Whilst there is no definitive lifetime for an oak frame building, the frame could well last in excess of 200 years if maintained properly.
